Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Comfort standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to thrive in a popular, busy environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Duties
- Greet every player with a smile and friendly energy
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently to bays ensuring players have what they need
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages and maintaining clean, stocked service areas
- Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- Support the team by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe environment
- Uphold Topgolf's core values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring in daily activities
