Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • Ability to apply reasonable understanding in carrying out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
  • Ability to stand continuously and walk during shifts
  • Use hands for lifting and carrying items weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Frequent reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling
  • Stooping and bending
  • Ability to hear well in noisy environments
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pound cases and carry up one flight of stairs
  • Ability to perform cleaning duties such as mopping and trash removal
  • Ability to follow safe food handling and hygiene practices
  • Ability to adhere to workplace safety standards when operating equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English including understanding instructions, short correspondence, and memos

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Job Duties

  • Help maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly
  • Keep the wash area clean and organized
  • Deliver food to guests in a timely manner adhering to all company standards
  • Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping and removing trash
  • Follow safe food handling and proper hygiene practices
  • Adhere to workplace safety standards for operating and maintaining equipment and report any equipment malfunction to management immediately
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Coordinate the delivery of all food items within appropriate time standards
  • Make certain that every food item is accounted for
  • Follow management's instructions and suggestions
