Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
Must be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
Must be physically capable of performing job duties including standing for prolonged periods and maneuvering in confined spaces
Must meet company professional appearance standards
Strong communication skills
Ability to respond promptly to guests and team
Reliable and consistent attendance record

Job Duties

Fostering a fun environment
Being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
Promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
Clearing all tables and resetting them for new seating in accordance with venue standards
Ensuring each table is ready for guest arrival in accordance with venue standards
Approaching newly seated guests, serving bread, butter, water, etc. in a timely and pleasant manner
Assisting servers by picking up and delivering their orders
Monitoring tables to anticipate and respond to guest requests
Restocking and cleaning assigned stations at the end of shifts
Lifting and restocking bar items as needed
Attending pre-shift meetings
Maintaining regular and consistent attendance
Collaborating with all staff to ensure smooth operations
Declaring tips through the time and attendance system at shift end
