Job Duties

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, cabanas, and lounge areas
  • Wipe down cabanas, lounge chairs, and pool furniture throughout service
  • Provide guests with cooling towels and assist with poolside needs
  • Monitor the pool area to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Assist with moving and setting up tables, chairs, and poolside furniture as needed
  • Clean pool deck floors and surrounding areas
  • Support overall guest experience by responding to guest requests promptly
  • Support bartenders and servers by delivering food promptly and accurately
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
  • Keep service stations stocked with clean dishware, utensils, and supplies
  • Assist servers with service details and guest needs as required
  • Set and clear tables in accordance with established service standards
  • Complete opening and closing side work, including stocking plates and silverware
  • Transport dirty linens to designated storage areas
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
