Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, cabanas, and lounge areas
- Wipe down cabanas, lounge chairs, and pool furniture throughout service
- Provide guests with cooling towels and assist with poolside needs
- Monitor the pool area to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Assist with moving and setting up tables, chairs, and poolside furniture as needed
- Clean pool deck floors and surrounding areas
- Support overall guest experience by responding to guest requests promptly
- Support bartenders and servers by delivering food promptly and accurately
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
- Keep service stations stocked with clean dishware, utensils, and supplies
- Assist servers with service details and guest needs as required
- Set and clear tables in accordance with established service standards
- Complete opening and closing side work, including stocking plates and silverware
- Transport dirty linens to designated storage areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
