We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated Food Runners and Bussers to join our growing team. These positions play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the dining room by supporting servers and ensuring guests receive timely and exceptional service. As a Food Runner or Busser at Sullivan's Steakhouse, you will be responsible for setting up, breaking down, and maintaining expo stations, assisting servers with delivering food and beverages, and ensuring tables are cleared and reset promptly for the next guest. The role is integral in upholding the high standards of the restaurant by contributing to the overall cleanliness and readiness of the dining area.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays

  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Customer service oriented
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Ability to set up/breakdown and continual maintenance of expo stations
  • Assist servers in properly serving food and beverages
  • Clear, clean and reset tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
