Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly
- clear and wipe down tables and counters
- dispose of garbage properly
- clean floors and pick up dishes and glassware
- restock supplies as needed
- transfer full tubs to the dish room
- assist other restaurant and kitchen staff as necessary
- maintain a clean and safe work area following all regulations
- assist in sanitation and cleanliness of restaurant, kitchen, and dish room
- follow procedures for guest and team member incidents
- know hotel emergency procedures
- plan, organize, and prioritize work duties
- adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- attend department and hotel meetings
- complete all required side work
- assist servers, dishwashers, or other staff as needed
- work as a team player to enhance guest experience
