The role of a Food Runner involves much more than simply transporting food. Candidates must be detail-oriented to ensure that orders are completed correctly and delivered efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential to create a positive dining experience for every guest. Because our restaurant operates on multiple levels with stairs and an outdoor area, this job requires physical stamina, including the ability to walk up and down stairs frequently while carrying trays or bus tubs, and the ability to lift up to forty pounds. The position demands flexibility to work during nights, weekends, and various shifts including day, evening, and night.
