The position of Guest Service Support Expert at Gaylord Hotels is a vital role designed to enhance the overall guest experience by providing essential back-of-house support. As a Full-Time, non-management position located onsite, the Guest Service Support Expert plays a critical role in the smooth operation of the hotel’s food and beverage services. The hourly pay is set at $15.00, and the role also includes eligibility for tips, adding to the overall compensation. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- able to handle physical demands of standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to manage menu reading and verification

Job Qualifications
