We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Food Runner/Busser to join our hospitality team. As a Food Runner/Busser, you will be responsible for delivering food orders promptly and accurately, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and supporting servers to provide attentive and seamless service. The position demands excellent communication skills, physical stamina, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand walk and carry heavy trays for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards are met
  • Quickly and accurately clear and reset tables maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
  • Assist servers in providing attentive and prompt service to guests throughout their dining experience
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness at all times
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations
