Job Description

The Inn at Opryland A Gaylord Hotel, located in Nashville, Tennessee, is a distinguished property within the Marriott International portfolio, known for its exceptional hospitality and guest experiences. We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Busser to join our food and beverage team at The Inn at Opryland. This part-time, non-management position plays a vital role in supporting our food and beverage operations by ensuring that the dining environment remains clean, organized, and ready for guest use. With a competitive pay rate of $15.00 per hour plus eligibility for tips, this position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering superior guest service. As a Busser, you will contribute to creating a seamless dining experience that our guests will remember positively. This role involves a variety of physical tasks such as setting tables, assisting the kitchen staff, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies to keep operations running smoothly throughout service hours.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • no prior related work experience required
  • capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted
  • willingness to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, and stooping
  • adherence to uniform and personal appearance standards
  • ability to work part-time schedule
  • no supervisory experience required
