We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Busser to join our food and beverage team at The Inn at Opryland. This part-time, non-management position plays a vital role in supporting our food and beverage operations by ensuring that the dining environment remains clean, organized, and ready for guest use. With a competitive pay rate of $15.00 per hour plus eligibility for tips, this position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering superior guest service. As a Busser, you will contribute to creating a seamless dining experience that our guests will remember positively. This role involves a variety of physical tasks such as setting tables, assisting the kitchen staff, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies to keep operations running smoothly throughout service hours.
At The Inn at Opryland, our philosophy extends beyond merely serving food; we strive to build unique experiences that guests cherish long after their visit. As such, our Bussers are essential in making sure that every aspect of the dining service supports our brand promise. This includes maintaining safety standards, following company policies, upholding quality and appearance standards, and ensuring professional communication. The role demands individuals who are physically active, capable of standing, walking, and moving for extended periods, as well as handling moderate lifting. Embracing a hands-on approach is critical for this position, as you will engage directly in various tasks designed to elevate the overall guest experience.
We value team members who are proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about hospitality. Our ideal candidate will be eager to learn, work well in a team, and uphold the highest standards of guest service. No prior supervisory experience is required, and while past experience in food and beverage is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this position a great entry point for those looking to start or grow their careers in the hospitality industry. The Inn at Opryland is committed to equal employment opportunities and fosters a culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion. In joining our team, you become part of a global community dedicated to excellence, innovation, and personal growth, supported by one of the most respected names in the hotel industry.
