Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to collaborate in a team environment
- luxury hotel experience is a plus
- ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 200 pounds
- must be trustworthy and have integrity

Job Duties
- Stocks and organizes food service areas in preparation of service
- assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates and assembling orders as needed
- work efficiently under pressure especially during busy periods to ensure timely order delivery
- primarily assist the food and beverage and culinary team with food orders
- have full knowledge of the menu and cooking preparations
- deliver food to tables accurately while identifying and describing each plate
- assist with bussing tables or setting up tables when necessary
- clean-up of all equipment tools and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order
- deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
- perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
