At Main Event, the Food Runner position is a vital role that ensures guests receive their food promptly and presented in an appealing way that enhances their overall dining and entertainment experience. Food Runners act as the link between the kitchen and the guests, working efficiently to deliver a variety of menu items while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest interaction. The Food Runner’s daily responsibilities include upholding strict cleanliness and safety protocols to comply with health and safety guidelines, ensuring all service stations are fully stocked and ready to support both guests and serving staff.
