Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws and guidelines
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other physical duties
- Availability to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
- Commitment to teamwork and positive work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
- Ability to learn and follow company policies and procedures
- Physical ability to meet job demands including standing and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to members and their guests
- Ensure members are served promptly and according to The Quin service standards
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service of food and beverages
- Serve alcohol responsibly following state, local, and store laws and guidelines
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, and current specials
- Deliver food to tables accurately and timely
- Assist culinary team with assigned duties
- Fulfill additional member requests
- Perform opening and closing duties diligently
- Keep bar and service areas clean and organized
- Maintain complete knowledge of service standards
- Assist team members and support management
- Communicate effectively with team and management
- Restock supplies and report shortages
- Accurately process guests' payments
- Report health and safety concerns to management
- Attend informational meetings and training sessions
- Ensure 100% responsibility for service quality
- Fill in across food and beverage outlets as needed
- Assist in investigating member complaints
- Assume reasonable additional duties assigned
