Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws and guidelines
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other physical duties
  • Availability to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to teamwork and positive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to members and their guests
  • Ensure members are served promptly and according to The Quin service standards
  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service of food and beverages
  • Serve alcohol responsibly following state, local, and store laws and guidelines
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, and current specials
  • Deliver food to tables accurately and timely
  • Assist culinary team with assigned duties
  • Fulfill additional member requests
  • Perform opening and closing duties diligently
  • Keep bar and service areas clean and organized
  • Maintain complete knowledge of service standards
  • Assist team members and support management
  • Communicate effectively with team and management
  • Restock supplies and report shortages
  • Accurately process guests' payments
  • Report health and safety concerns to management
  • Attend informational meetings and training sessions
  • Ensure 100% responsibility for service quality
  • Fill in across food and beverage outlets as needed
  • Assist in investigating member complaints
  • Assume reasonable additional duties assigned
