Job Description

Catch Hospitality Group is a renowned restaurant group celebrated for its innovative and upscale dining experiences. Established in 2011, the group has expanded significantly from its original flagship location in New York City to various major markets including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Aspen, Miami Beach, and is poised to expand soon to Dallas and Scottsdale, Arizona. The group's success is driven by partners Tilman Fertitta, Mark Birnbaum, and Eugene Remm, who emphasize a team-first mentality and dedication to three core principles: Great Food, Great Service, and Great Vibe. This philosophy is reflected in the exceptional dining environments and customer experiences that Catch Hospitality Group consistently delivers. Known primarily for its flagship venues Catch and Catch Steak, the group hosts a dynamic and energetic atmosphere that appeals to a discerning clientele seeking both exquisite cuisine and memorable hospitality.

This opportunity at Catch in Scottsdale, Arizona, is for a Food Runner position within an upscale, fine dining restaurant setting. The role is hourly and includes earning tips, which makes it an attractive proposition for individuals looking to build their careers in hospitality while enjoying competitive compensation. As a Food Runner, you will be an essential link between the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams, ensuring that delicious dishes are delivered accurately and promptly to guests. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless flow of service, adhering to strict standards of professionalism, and contributing positively to the overall dining experience.

Joining Catch means becoming part of a winning team that prioritizes employee development and a respectful, inclusive work environment where diversity is valued. The establishment offers unparalleled training and development programs designed to enhance your skills and career trajectory. Employees benefit from flexible work schedules, multiple benefit plan options, and generous employee discounts across dining, retail, amusements, and hotel services. Paid time off and paid sick leave are available based on location, underscoring the group's commitment to employee well-being. Additionally, Catch actively supports community engagement through volunteer opportunities with Landry’s League, strengthening the bond between team members and local communities.

As a Food Runner, you are not merely a delivery person; you embody the restaurant's commitment to excellence by using your knowledge, professionalism, and personality to create a memorable experience for every guest. You will master multitasking in a fast-paced, high-volume, fine dining environment while collaborating effectively with team members to uphold the restaurant’s standards. This is a role for someone who thrives under pressure and is eager to advance their hospitality career, supported by leadership development opportunities and a positive team culture.
