Job Duties

  • sets up stations, performs side work and other opening and closing procedures as directed by supervisor, which could include helping other employees in their assigned tasks

  • actively interacts with guest, sells, up-sells, orders food and beverage items
  • delivers the highest level of service to all guests according to bar americain service standards
  • keeps assigned section at optimal conditions regarding cleanliness, sanitation and organization
