The role of Runner at Hilton is an integral part of the Food and Beverage team, pivotal in ensuring smooth service operations and memorable guest experiences. As a Runner, you will take on the responsibility of maintaining and replenishing food and beverage supplies for hot and cold buffets, ensuring that food items remain fresh, appealing, and well-stocked throughout service. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help create an inviting buffet area by keeping it clean, organized, and well-presented from start to finish. You will also be responsible for appropriately organizing stock and complying with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • good communication skills
  • ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • commitment to upholding hygiene and safety standards
  • ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
