The role available at The Beverly Hilton is for a Food Runner within the Food & Beverage Team. This is a union position through the Local Union, requiring complete open availability, meaning that candidates must be comfortable with schedule and hours that may vary from week to week. Full-time hours are not guaranteed and are based on seniority and business demand, which means schedules and hours may be minimal initially until seniority is established. The Food Runner plays a vital role in maintaining smooth and efficient food service operations by supporting the team in stocking, replenishing, and transporting food and beverage items, ensuring that guests receive timely and high-quality service.
As a Food Runner at The Beverly Hilton, you will be responsible for keeping the buffet looking attractive and well-stocked, ensuring food quality stays fresh and appealing, and transporting items between the kitchen and buffet with efficiency. You will also be tasked with maintaining an inviting and clean buffet area, organizing stock according to food safety standards, and complying with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations. Job Duties
- Stock and replenish food and beverage items for hot and cold buffets

- store food and dry goods according to food safety and storage standards
