Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 9 hours
- Six months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
- Obtain all county required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment
- Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety guidelines within the restaurant
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety standards
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours)
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US
- Food and alcohol serving certifications as required by local county prior to employment
Job Duties
- Deliver the perfect plate in a timely manner while connecting with guests and ensuring they have everything they need
- Garnish each plate according to Snooze Food Doctrine
- Know and adhere to Snooze HOH Standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, recipes, and quality standards
- Prepare, stock, and maintain sufficient food products in stations to ensure smooth service
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
- Close the House of Hospitality properly and follow opening and closing checklists for kitchen stations
