Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- minimum 3 years experience in a similar role preferred
- ATC Responsible Vendor’s License
- basic math and computer/tablet skills
- ability to stay professional in stressful environments
- ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism

- availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- positive personality and professional appearance
- ability to uphold company appearance and dress standards

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in a similar food runner or service role preferred
- possession of ATC Responsible Vendor’s License
- basic math skills
- basic computer and tablet proficiency
- ability to maintain professionalism under stress
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- excellent multitasking ability and eye for detail
- flexible availability including weekends, days, nights, and holidays
- professional appearance and positive personality
- commitment to company appearance and dress standards

- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- follow company service standards and restaurant steps of service at all times
- communicate effectively and work well with other team members
- maintain a positive attitude while treating guests and coworkers with respect
- adhere to company uniform and appearance guidelines
- arrive to work on time, in uniform, and prepared for shifts
- abide by state liquor laws including maintaining a current Louisiana Responsible Vendor’s Permit
- practice step consolidation and efficient time management
- maintain continual attention to detail
- properly set up assigned stations and perform opening and ongoing side work
- keep work environment clean throughout the shift
- deliver food following assigned seat numbers without 'auctioning' it off
- have knowledge of all menu items to answer guest questions
- complete closing side work and station breakdown before leaving
- work efficiently and complete tasks within assigned time frames
- attend all scheduled employee meetings and participate meaningfully
- perform other duties as assigned
