The role available is for a Busperson within this respected casual dining group. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of the dining room by assisting food servers with bussing and resetting tables in assigned sections. The Busperson will also maintain ongoing cleanliness and upkeep of the dining room, restrooms, restaurant entrance, and exterior areas. Duties include refilling non-alcoholic beverages, serving bread, chips, or other designated food products, and supporting general restaurant maintenance. The role supports the atmosphere and high standards expected by guests, playing a vital part in delivering the Ditka Family’s promise of authentic hospitality.

Team members in this position will complete designated cleaning, stocking, and maintenance duties within established timelines, contribute to pre-shift, running shift, and post-shift setups, and ensure all service stations are well-prepared throughout service periods. Working within a team environment, they will assist fellow buspersons and team members as needed and maintain a professional restaurant image, including adherence to uniform and appearance standards. The Busperson must demonstrate friendliness, dependability, and a strong commitment to serving guests in a positive and calm manner, even under stressful conditions.

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $850 to $1,200 per week. Employment is based on established experience requirements, including a minimum of six months in a full-service restaurant environment, preferably as a busperson.
