The Server Assistant - Food Runner is a vital role within Flight Club's Front of House team, reporting directly to the Floor Manager. This position can be either part-time or full-time and is classified as non-exempt. The server assistant plays a dual role by supporting the server team in delivering prompt and accurate food service while maintaining cleanliness and resetting tables efficiently throughout the shift. A successful candidate will thrive in a high-energy environment, exemplify outstanding product knowledge, and possess strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members. The role demands constant movement to assist coworkers and ensure an outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure. Key responsibilities include running food throughout service, verifying order quality, maintaining gaming equipment sanitation, and ensuring the dining and entertainment areas are clean and ready for new guests.
