Job Requirements

A valid current Food Handler's Card
Excellent communication skills
Highly developed organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift 40lbs and navigate stairs and hilly terrain
Must be able to work in extreme heat, wet, cold and humid kitchen conditions
Ability to work well under pressure, be professional, efficient, detail-oriented and courteous
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Work weekends, evenings on-site winery events and holidays
Build team dynamics and synergy across departments
