Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospitality or food service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry food items

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Keep the buffet looking and tasting great by stocking and replenishing food and beverage items for hot and cold buffets
- Monitor food quality to ensure freshness and appeal
- Transport items efficiently to and from the kitchen
- Ensure a clean and inviting buffet area by maintaining tidiness and organization throughout service and breaking down the buffet after service
- Organize stock by properly storing food and dry goods according to food safety standards
- Comply with regulatory standards including health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Support team members and guests with hospitality and positive interactions
