As a Food Runner on the Food & Beverage team at Hotel del Coronado, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and ensuring smooth and efficient service. This position is more than just supplying food and beverage orders to guests; it’s about being a vital part of the dynamic hospitality flow that creates memorable moments throughout the resort. You will assist servers with delivering food promptly, maintain clean and stocked service tables and condiment stations, and uphold health department guidelines in all tasks. You’ll also work closely with cooks and attendants in clearing and sanitizing trays and tables, and fetching products from storage and kitchen areas. The role requires an in-depth knowledge of the hotel property and its daily operations, alongside a commitment to the Hilton core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and focus.

In this role, you'll embody Hilton's culture of care, urgency, and accountability while contributing to a guest-focused environment. Your tasks include adhering to opening and closing procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that the dining spaces are safe, clean, and efficient. You will be expected to perform any supervisor-assigned duties professionally and efficiently while following all policies and procedures outlined during orientation and ongoing training.
