Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospitality
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must obtain San Diego County Food Handler certification
  • Must hold RBS certification
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing and lifting
  • Valid legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience or training
  • A combination of experience, education, and/or training may be substituted
  • Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality business preferred
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must attain valid San Diego County Food Handler certification upon hire
  • Required RBS certification
  • Ability to maintain a friendly, professional, team-oriented, and positive demeanor
  • Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • Run food from the kitchen to guests tables during meal periods
  • Fill and maintain water glasses and coffee mugs at guests tables
  • Inspect table settings to ensure proper setup and cleanliness of silverware and condiments
  • Maintain the service storeroom in a clean and organized condition
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by leadership
