Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- able to obtain RAMP alcoholic certification
- able to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp
- must be able to walk and stand for eight hours
- repeated bending and lifting required
- must be able to lift and carry trays or bus tubs weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- ability to handle or seek assistance for guest-related situations
- shift assignments may be irregular including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to pass all training and tests associated with job
- effective communication skills
- ability to communicate in English
- high school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- deliver food and beverages from the kitchens
- refill, set/reset, stock, clear and clean dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, beverages, napkin holders and related supplies
- provide excellent customer service to dining guests
- promote positive interactions among coworkers and guests while maintaining professionalism
- relay guest complaints or compliments to supervisors
- adhere to company and departmental policies and health and sanitation guidelines
- maintain uniform and appearance standards
- prepare food orders, set trays, and transport food and beverage items
- maintain breakdown areas and condiment tables
- complete all setup, stocking and closing duties on time
- ensure a clean, safe, hazard-free environment
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- adhere to state liquor laws
- perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by leadership
