Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at the register
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and process payments (cash and card)
  • Answer menu questions and make recommendations when needed
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and correctly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and service stations
  • Assist with restocking supplies, packaging to-go orders, and general upkeep
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
