Job Requirements

  • 18+ years of age
  • Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid health card or any other certification or license, as required by law or policy
  • 1 year experience in a restaurant or pool environment with food and beverage service
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other team members of different backgrounds and levels of experience
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environment
  • Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to walk, stand, stretch, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Ability to interact effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
  • Ability to work in environments exposed to CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Delivers food items to guests
  • Ensures food orders are delivered in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Assists with running dishes from the restaurant and pool deck back to the kitchen
  • Keeps all work areas clean
  • Alerts the server and/or manager of any issues with restaurant or guests
  • Assists with food preparation, as needed
  • Assists with organizing and arrangement of product and tools
  • Assists the pool team with bussing and removing plates, silverware, linen, and debris from the pool deck, as needed
  • Assists chef on duty with expediting – ensuring all orders are correct, garnishing hot food, presenting plates, loading trays, stocking and restocking the station, checking out, performing side work duties, and working as a team
  • Maintains safety as an essential function of the job
  • Ensures consistent and regular attendance
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
