Job Requirements
- ability to communicate in English fluently and professionally
- minimum of 1 year previous work experience as food runner in casual or fine dining restaurant
- knowledge of food and basic service including steps of service
- ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
- must be able to obtain and maintain licensing or active work cards required for this position
- must be 21 years of age or above

Job Duties
- setting up and carrying trays
- organizing plates and expo station
- delivering food from the kitchen to the guest
- explain food items to the guest
- assist Expeditor and Food Server
- completing side work
- maintaining health code standards
- providing excellent customer service for guests as defined by outlet standards
