Job Description

Osage Casinos is a prominent gaming and entertainment company operating multiple casino venues known for providing exceptional guest experiences, high-quality service, and a commitment to cultural heritage. As a dynamic and growing establishment, it blends the excitement of gaming with fine dining and event hosting, attracting a diverse clientele. The company emphasizes a strong community-oriented approach, respecting Native American traditions while also maintaining modern standards in the hospitality and entertainment industries. At Osage Casinos, employees are valued contributors to a lively and customer-focused environment, supported by comprehensive training and development programs.

The Delivery Attendant position plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations within the casino's food and beverage departments. Employed in a fast-paced kitchen and casino setting, this role demands a responsible individual who can handle the delivery of items from various storage spaces such as kitchens, storage rooms, coolers, and freezers to the appropriate locations within the venue. The position requires adherence to strict food handling and alcohol service protocols, ensuring compliance with state and company regulations. The successful candidate will contribute directly to inventory management by maintaining par stock levels, minimizing waste, and organizing storage areas.

This full-time position is vital during event setups and throughout casino operating hours, often including evenings and weekends, demanding flexibility and stamina. Osage Casinos prioritizes safety and compliance, with requirements such as maintaining a valid driver’s license, passing pre-employment drug screening, and obtaining necessary certifications like the state alcohol server certificate and food handler's certification. Preference is also given to Osage Nation citizens, Native American applicants, and veterans, reflecting the organization’s dedication to supporting its community.

Working conditions include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and second-hand smoke, typical in a bustling hospitality and gaming environment. Physical demands are significant, involving prolonged periods of standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing various movements such as stooping and crouching. The role supports bar and concession areas by tasks like restocking, cleaning, and setup. With a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency, the Delivery Attendant is an essential team member ensuring that food and beverage operations run seamlessly, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and success of Osage Casinos.
