Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Knowledge of food service safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to lift and carry trays and food items
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits

Job Duties
- Be thoroughly familiar with the menus, ingredients, and methods of preparation for each dish, wine list, as well as hours of operation for all food and beverage outlets
- Has a thorough knowledge of the room layout and the property in general
- Is knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities
- Collects orders from the kitchen, ensuring they have been prepared correctly
- Promptly and efficiently deliver food and beverage to the guest's room
- Submit signed checks and reconcile daily sales
- Assist with the collection of Room Service trays and other food and beverage items from guest rooms including proper breakdown of trays and other items
- Practice all standards of proper service etiquette throughout the guest dining experience
- Consistently deliver courteous and professional service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness including personal appearance, equipment, and facility
