Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physically capable of carrying food and beverage trays
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits

Job Duties
- Take guests' orders over the phone
- deliver food and beverage to guest rooms accurately and promptly
- be thoroughly familiar with menus, ingredients, and preparation methods
- know the hotel layout and amenities well
- collect orders from the kitchen and ensure correctness
- submit signed checks and reconcile daily sales
- assist in collecting and breaking down room service trays and items
- practice proper service etiquette consistently
- maintain high standards of cleanliness in personal appearance, equipment, and facility
- deliver courteous and professional service
