The current opportunity at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is for a Room Service Runner, a vital role focused on delivering exceptional guest service. The Room Service Runner plays a key part in ensuring guests receive their food and beverage orders promptly and accurately, enhancing overall guest satisfaction. This role requires familiarity with the resort's food and beverage menus, including knowledge of all dishes, ingredients, and wine selections, as well as the operational hours of all dining outlets. A successful candidate will also have a deep understanding of the resort layout and hotel amenities to offer efficient service.

The role involves communicating effectively with kitchen staff to collect correctly prepared orders, delivering them promptly to guest rooms, and assisting in the collection and proper breakdown of trays and other items from the rooms. The Room Service Runner is expected to maintain impeccable service etiquette, cleanliness in personal appearance and equipment, and consistently provide courteous and professional service.
