The company is currently seeking to expand its team with fun hospitality associates passionate about creating an elevated and one-of-a-kind guest experience. The Server Assistant position plays a critical role in the day-to-day floor operations by supporting the service team in timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of tables and golf courses, and resetting areas swiftly for continuous guest enjoyment. This position demands a high level of organization, multitasking skills, teamwork, and awareness to maintain an efficient flow of service in a dynamic environment. Emphasizing the importance of guest interaction, Server Assistants are tasked with providing warm and friendly service to exceed guest expectations continually.

The role offers a variable work schedule, with shifts spanning from 11 AM to 1 AM across all seven days of the week, requiring flexibility and availability from team members. Work hours typically range from 15 to 30 hours weekly depending on business demands and individual availability, making the position suitable for individuals seeking part-time or flexible employment opportunities. Compensation for this role consists of a base wage plus tips, with total hourly earnings subject to variation based on schedule and availability. Job Requirements

Must be 18+ years of age
prior hospitality or food/beverage experience
strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness
high standards of guest satisfaction
ability to obtain any required licenses and certifications for the location
experience safely and effectively transporting food and beverage
sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment
ability to safely and effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken directions
ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the venue, including stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally move and lift up to 30 pounds
ability to work in confined, crowded spaces with high noise and various temperature levels

Job Duties

Bring your 'A' game each and every day
anticipate guests' needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations
greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile
assist service team with all food and beverage service
deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service
clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room
quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables
stock and maintain supplies at service stations
understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
take direction and be a team player
follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment including those outlined in the Associate Handbook
perform other projects or duties as assigned including side-work, opening, and closing duties
