Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Basic reading and writing skills necessary to perform daily functions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic mathematic skills
- Strong organization skills
- Basic computer skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Good knowledge of restaurant industry
- At least 1 year of experience in foodservice industry
- Must be able to multi-task
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication skills to allow problem solving and anticipate the guest's needs
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally to co-workers and team members
- Basic mathematic skills
- Strong organization skills to maintain multiple orders in expo window and ensure guests receive correct order
- Basic computer skills to utilize the POSI system for clocking-in and out, and to read printed ticket orders
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Good knowledge of the restaurant industry
- At least 1 year in the foodservice industry
- Must be able to multi-task
Job Duties
- Accomplish assigned daily tasks and duties designated by management
- Maintain control of station in peak periods
- Maintain station cleanliness and organization throughout shift
- Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing sidework
- Ensure the proper placement and presentation of dinner orders on a tray
- Inspect all plates and product before it reaches the guest to ensure accuracy of order, garnish, proper temperature, and appealing presentation
- Expedite service of food to ensure the guests receive their order in a prompt and efficient manner
