- at least one year of restaurant experience preferred
- food handler's card
- demonstrate speed and efficiency in performing assigned tasks
- must be able to follow directions easily and work accurately
- have strong customer service skills
- ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- physical ability and stamina to carry trays weighing up to 35 lbs and stand for long hours

Job Duties
- taking out food in a timely manner and correctly reading tickets and numbers to give out food
- taking directions from supervisory or lead staff to promptly get food to the correct ticket
- cleaning area around you throughout the shift
- restocking low stock items
- putting away food
