Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- kitchen serving and/or fine dining experience preferred
- TB test and gray liquor card
- flexibility and availability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and extended hours as necessary
- ability to work holidays and weekends
- ability to lift 30 lbs
- ability to carry trays of food
- standing on feet for up to 8 hours
- continuous repetitive motions
- work in hot, humid, and noisy environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- kitchen serving and/or fine dining experience preferred

Job Duties
- ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and club policies
- respond promptly and courteously to members and guests
- advise supervisor of any member or guest complaints as soon as they occur
- set up, serve, and clean dining or banquet areas
- perform opening and closing side work
- deliver food and beverages, pour and refill drinks, and clear dishes
- maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas and follow food safety standards
- report guest complaints immediately to supervisor
- assist with event breakdown and room resets
- adhere to schedules and attend scheduled meetings and pre-shift sessions
- complete additional tasks as directed by supervisor and management and work collaboratively with the team
