This job opportunity is for the role of Food Runner at Hard Rock Cafe. Food Runners play an essential role in the guest dining experience by delivering food and drinks promptly and with a friendly attitude that reflects the brand's dedication to outstanding service. The position typically operates during peak business hours and involves assisting servers, responding to guest requests, and supporting the smooth flow between the kitchen and front-of-house operations. The Food Runner ensures guest satisfaction through efficient and polite service while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized service area.

The role demands high energy and enthusiasm, professional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include delivering condiments and beverages (including alcoholic drinks), replenishing drinks as needed, managing table cleanliness, and collaborating closely with other team members. Candidates for this position should be able to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently
  • deliver condiments and drinks as needed including alcoholic beverages
  • refill beverages as needed
  • respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and polite manner
  • promptly and professionally handle guest issues and communicate problems and concerns to management
  • maintain a clean and organized server alley and expo area
  • stock ice and glassware on the server line
  • pre-buss tables
  • clean and reset dirty tables
  • sweep the floor
  • assist and communicate clearly with the kitchen staff and front of the house staff
