Nestled on the sunny Western Coast of Oahu, Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina offers an extraordinary luxury beach resort experience. The Four Seasons Resort Oahu is currently seeking a Temporary Full-Time Food Runner to join its dedicated hospitality team. This role is essential in supporting the Food Server team by delivering food orders accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests, helping maintain the elevated service standards for which Four Seasons is renowned. The Food Runner plays a pivotal role in enhancing the dining experience by anticipating guest needs, responding swiftly to requests, and ensuring cleanliness and readiness of dining areas. The ideal candidate will embody the spirit of aloha, hold a passion for excellence, and be committed to providing superior guest service in a luxury environment.

This temporary full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.75 and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, five days a week. The initial term is for three months, with the possibility of extension based on the Resort's business needs. Job Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
  • greet guests according to Four Seasons standards to ensure superior service
  • anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
  • assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
  • assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations
