The role of Temporary Full-Time Food Runner at Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is a vital position within the Food and Beverage team. Reporting to the Noe General Manager, the Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately, ensuring top-notch guest satisfaction. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs proactively. The Food Runner also assists with clearing, cleaning, and setting up dining areas, as well as supporting the preparation of small food items and beverage service. This temporary full-time role offers $21.75 per hour, typically working five days a week for 40 hours, with the potential for extension depending on the resort’s needs.
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience working in a similar role within a luxury environment, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and service excellence. Fluency in English and strong communication and computer skills are essential. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food running or related hospitality position
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
- Greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
- Assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
- Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations
