Powered by a diverse and dedicated team, the brand is synonymous with excellence in service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and special from the moment they arrive. The company’s culture emphasizes respect, growth, and connection, fostering an environment where employees are encouraged to pursue personal and professional development while delivering top-tier service to every visitor.

Located in one of the most vibrant areas of San Francisco, the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco offers a modern retreat in the heart of the city’s bustling downtown. Situated near prominent landmarks such as Yerba Buena Gardens, Union Square shopping, Moscone Convention Center, and a range of cultural and dining venues, this location provides guests with easy access to the city’s best attractions and business districts. The hotel itself boasts newly renovated guest rooms that beautifully capture the essence of San Francisco’s scenic natural surroundings, including its iconic fog, redwood trees, and ocean views. Guests at this hotel enjoy a blend of luxury and convenience, complemented by attentive service and thoughtfully designed amenities.

In this role, you will be responsible for describing menu items to guests, coordinating orders with the kitchen, confirming that dishes meet quality standards, and assisting in smooth service delivery. You will also handle payment processing, including cash and credit transactions, and perform essential side work such as setting up and breaking down dining areas. The Food Runner contributes to maintaining the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and organization, as well as providing friendly and efficient service that reflects the Four Seasons’ commitment to luxury with genuine heart.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $29.96 and benefits including employee meals, uniform laundering, and various employee engagement initiatives. A flexible schedule is necessary, with availability required on days, nights, weekends, and holidays. If you are someone who enjoys working in a supportive team environment and delivering exceptional hospitality in a premier setting, this opportunity at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is an excellent fit.
