Job Requirements

  • fluent conversational English
  • comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment
  • ability to stand for long periods and move freely in the kitchen
  • ability to frequently lift, carry, pull, and push up to 40 lbs
  • willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work overtime as needed during busy periods

Job Duties

  • assist with garnishing of dishes
  • deliver prepared food orders to correct tables
  • prepare items for cooks by washing, peeling, and slicing ingredients
  • aid in dishwashing tasks
  • maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
  • support sous chef and kitchen staff in daily operations
  • ensure timely and accurate delivery of food to members
