The Food Runner position at Olympia Fields Country Club is a critical support role within the Member Dining Kitchen operations. This role works closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient delivery of food to members and guests. The Food Runner is responsible for garnishing dishes, delivering prepared orders accurately to the correct tables, and preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, and slicing as needed. Additionally, the role assists with dishwashing and kitchen cleanliness, supporting overall kitchen operations to meet high service standards.
