Job Requirements

- comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment
- ability to stand for long periods and move freely in the kitchen
- ability to frequently lift, carry, pull, and push up to 40 lbs

Job Duties
- assist with garnishing of dishes
- deliver prepared food orders to correct tables
- prepare items for cooks by washing, peeling, and slicing ingredients
- aid in dishwashing tasks
- maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- support sous chef and kitchen staff in daily operations
- ensure timely and accurate delivery of food to members
