Job Requirements
- regular and predictable attendance
- ability to obtain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
- must be at least 21 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- at least six months experience as a bus person in a fine dining restaurant
- ability to obtain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
- must be at least 21 years of age or older
- must be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic and able to multitask
- dedicated and willing to go above and beyond
- able to take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment
- must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude
- must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
Job Duties
- run all food from the kitchen to assigned table station and other stations as needed
- always use position numbers
- receive food and place hot food into warmers and cold food and salads into reach-ins
- keep warmers and refrigerators clean throughout the shift
- ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious service always
- anticipate guests needs and provide extra items, drinks, and condiments to the table
- liaise with support staff to ensure communication at all times about the wants and needs of the guest
