Job Requirements

  • regular and predictable attendance
  • ability to obtain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
  • must be at least 21 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

  • at least six months experience as a bus person in a fine dining restaurant
  • ability to obtain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
  • must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • must be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic and able to multitask
  • dedicated and willing to go above and beyond
  • able to take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment
  • must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude
  • must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time

Job Duties

  • run all food from the kitchen to assigned table station and other stations as needed
  • always use position numbers
  • receive food and place hot food into warmers and cold food and salads into reach-ins
  • keep warmers and refrigerators clean throughout the shift
  • ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious service always
  • anticipate guests needs and provide extra items, drinks, and condiments to the table
  • liaise with support staff to ensure communication at all times about the wants and needs of the guest
