The Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is currently seeking an On-Call Food Runner to join its Manalo Lounge team, a vibrant dining venue celebrating Hawaii's diverse cultural mix and its oceanic and mountainous influences. The Food Runner plays a vital role in ensuring guests receive timely and accurate delivery of food from the kitchen, contributing to a seamless dining service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- fluent in English, both verbal and written
- minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment
- experience in communication and computer skills
- passion for service
- attention to detail and problem solving skills
- legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
- greet guests according to Four Seasons standards to ensure superior service
- anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
- assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
- assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations
