The On-Call Food Runner role at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is a vital position within the hospitality team that ensures guests receive timely, accurate food service that complements the resort’s luxury standards and spirit of aloha. Reporting to the Manalo Lounge Manager, the Food Runner supports the service attendants by delivering food and beverage items from the kitchen to guests, assisting with dining room setup and cleanup, and addressing guest requests promptly. This role demands attentiveness to guest satisfaction, an ability to anticipate needs, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Job Duties

  • Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • assist in clearing cleaning and set-up of tables chairs linens china glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner greet guests according to Four Seasons standards to ensure superior service
  • anticipate guest needs ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • assist in stocking linens china glass silver and food items for service assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast soup or beverages
  • assist in the breakdown cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations
