Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Frequent bending, reaching, stretching required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to climb and descend approximately 30 stairs frequently throughout the shift
- Valid Food Handler permit or ability to obtain one
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable and punctual

- Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits
- Possess a passion for hospitality

Job Duties
- Promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen/expo line to service staff in the upstairs dining area
- Navigate multiple flights of stairs while carrying dishware and glassware safely and efficiently
- May include use of trays
- Follow all food service safety precautions and procedures
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Assist with other tasks as needed during shifts
