Job Requirements

  • Must be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Frequent bending, reaching, stretching required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to climb and descend approximately 30 stairs frequently throughout the shift
  • Valid Food Handler permit or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable and punctual

  • Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits
  • Possess a passion for hospitality
  • Have a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide and receive feedback constructively

Job Duties

  • Promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen/expo line to service staff in the upstairs dining area
  • Navigate multiple flights of stairs while carrying dishware and glassware safely and efficiently
  • May include use of trays
  • Follow all food service safety precautions and procedures
  • Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Assist with other tasks as needed during shifts
