The Concession Runner role at Legends Global is a dynamic position integral to the successful operation of concession stands during games and events. This role requires collaborative engagement with both kitchen staff and cashiers to efficiently and courteously deliver food and beverage orders directly to guests. Exemplifying professionalism and a positive demeanor, the Concession Runner plays a key role in ensuring a memorable experience for guests through prompt and accurate service. Beyond just delivering orders, the Concession Runner helps maintain the cleanliness and organization of concession areas, assists in stocking and unstocking supplies at the start and close of events, and supports cashiers in order completion. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is crucial, as is the ability to communicate effectively and function collaboratively within a team. While no advanced professional qualifications are mandatory, possessing food safety certification is considered advantageous.
