The primary responsibilities for the Food Runner include providing customized, warm service to every guest by attentively interacting and observing their needs. Food Runners maintain table readiness by pre-bussing empty glassware, plates, silverware, and clearing debris to ensure comfortable and clean dining spaces. Partnering closely with other team members, Food Runners contribute significantly to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Given the nature of the hospitality industry, availability during weekends, weekdays, and holiday shifts is essential, supporting the dynamic flow of the restaurant service. Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
  • Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met
  • Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, ect
  • Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
  • Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
