The company is part of Mohari Hospitality, an investment firm focused on premium lifestyle experiences, and has built a celebrated reputation over more than 25 years by consistently delivering unforgettable entertainment and distinctive culinary experiences. With a wide array of celebrated brands under its umbrella, including TAO, OMNIA, Marquee, LAVO, Beauty & Essex, and many more, Tao Group Hospitality offers vibrant, dynamic environments where innovation, creativity, and guest satisfaction are paramount.

This role serves as a crucial link between the kitchen and the dining and bar areas, ensuring that guests receive their food promptly and with an exceptional level of service. The food runner must deliver all menu items accurately and describe them to guests, engaging politely with customers and fellow team members to create a gracious and seamless hospitality experience.

In this role, the food runner anticipates and accommodates guests’ needs, supports servers, cocktail servers, bartenders, and chefs, and participates actively in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the venue. The work environment is vibrant, often busy with high energy and varying noise levels, and can involve extended or irregular shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and quick movement. The role suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, who have prior hospitality or food running experience, and who possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude. The company fosters a supportive culture where team members assist one another and strive to deliver premium guest experiences. Benefits for full-time employees include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement program with employer match, life and disability insurance plans, fertility and family-forming support, pet insurance, employee discounts, and more.
