Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a food runner or similar hospitality role preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service
- Physical stamina to perform tasks including standing and walking for extended periods
Job Duties
- Keep the buffet looking and tasting great by stocking and replenishing food and beverage items for hot and cold buffets
- Monitor food quality to ensure it stays fresh and appealing
- Transport items to and from the kitchen with efficiency
- Ensure a clean and inviting space by keeping the buffet area tidy and organized throughout service and breaking down the buffet after service to clean and reset
- Organize stock by storing food and dry goods according to food safety and storage standards
- Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Support the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
