The resort is committed to upholding its mission, vision, and values, focusing on delivering excellence in guest service, quality, and team collaboration. This prestigious venue not only provides entertainment but also fosters a positive work environment for its employees, making it a sought-after workplace in the hospitality industry.
The role being offered is for a fine dining food server or attendant at Muckleshoot Casino Resort, where the individual will play a key part in ensuring guests experience exceptional dining services that meet the high standards of the resort. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.13, complemented by discretionary performance bonuses twice annually, making it financially rewarding. Furthermore, team members enjoy complementary meals and covered parking, alongside company-paid gaming licenses, which underline the establishment’s commitment to employee satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations.
In this role, the chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest hospitality standards through professionalism, detailed attention to food presentation, and seamless coordination with the kitchen and other front-of-house staff. The food server will ensure that each dish presented meets the specific plating standards before delivery and will verify order accuracy by collaborating closely with the kitchen team. Their duties also include setting up and clearing tables, managing beverage service, and supporting colleagues to create a smooth dining operation. Compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols is mandatory, ensuring that the resort sustains its reputation for quality and guest safety.
Success in this position is tied to strong communication skills, a thorough knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Applicants must hold valid Washington State food-related permits and licenses, including a Food Handlers Permit, Alcohol Permit, and the ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license. Prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred but not strictly required, as the resort provides a supportive environment to foster skill development.
Overall, this role not only fulfills an essential function in the guest dining experience but also promotes a positive work atmosphere emphasizing teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. The Muckleshoot Casino Resort continues to lead in hospitality service quality and offers employees benefits and opportunities for growth in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
